Concept 01

A universal truth

Great security hides in plain sight, so invisible people forget it exists.

The idea

When cyber threats are at bay even everyday problems are simpler.

The campaign

Everything goes according to code.

Cybersecurity often feels distant, something only IT teams worry about. But the truth is, it touches everything we do. From the apps we scroll to the planes we board, Palo Alto Networks is already working behind the scenes to keep the world safe. To make that protection visible, we built a bright and fantastical world. Here, threats are stopped before they start. Leaving people free to handle far simpler problems. Welcome to Cyber City, a place where everything goes according to code.

Open on Palo Alto Networks logo sting.

Cut to a bustling financial district in Cyber City.
Our narrator talks to us as they enter a bank.

Welcome to Cyber City. Where Palo Alto Networks prevents
every cyber threat before it’s a problem.

Said jokingly, until they realise there’s a huge line.

The biggest threat here are the lines at the bank… oh.

An orange glow washes over the screens on the ATMs
as it detects and responds to threats, in real time.

We can’t control interest rates — or the lines.
But we can make sure your money’s there in the morning.

Our narrator at the desk hands over his card to the bank teller.

Because our business is cybersecurity,

but our calling is defending our digital way of life.
So even the problems are simpler.

The bank teller looks confused.

Um, sir this is a coffee card...

Narrator sighs and then smiles.

Fade to orange as logo appears on screen.

Palo Alto Networks.

We’ve got next.

Concept 02

A universal truth

The more tools you add, the more of a headache you get.

The idea

Your tools should bend to your needs. Not the other way around.

The campaign

One and done.

CIOs juggle endless demands. Grow revenue and cut costs, move fast and stay secure. No sweat… if only their tools weren’t plotting against them. The answer? One unified platform powered by AI security. This concept brings that idea to life with a stretching typeface, chaotic personified tools and layered imagery alluding to a tech stack. It shows CIOs that they can finally wrap all their dreams, needs and tools into one platform. When security works as one, so does everything else. That's the power of one and done.

:30 second TV script

Open on a busy IT office. Ted’s boss calls out from across the room.

Ted, can you send me that report?

Ted nods, as he heads back over to his desk.

On it boss.

Camera pans past clutter and screens blinking with paper flying everywhere.

20+ security tools and counting... All necessary, all urgent.
But more tools mean complexity, and more opportunities for threats.

Cut to the camera at a low angle up from the desk.
We watch as a computer mouse leaps from the desk toward Ted.

It only takes one…

It wraps its cord around his arm.  And bounces across the floor.

And even the smallest can have an impact.

Ted is dragged across the frame by the computer mouse.

They end up dragging you further away from your business goals.

Fade to orange as we hear Ted's boss asking him for an update.

When security works as one, so does everything else.
One security platform for every tool, and system.
