Brand-to-demand campaign
OFX provides global currency solutions. They have the expertise, track record and the human touch. What they didn’t have was recognition. Banks still held the mindshare, with customers defaulting to them out of familiarity. OFX needed to inspire trust and awareness across two core audiences, affluent individuals and small businesses. The challenge was to show them that 24/7 human support can make all the difference.
We launched the "OFXperts" campaign — giving the spotlight to OFX employees themselves. Their stories made the brand human, relatable and credible in ways banks could never match. Our global full-funnel strategy amplified these voices across channels. It educated both consumers and businesses, while disrupting a category dominated by big banks.
