OFX provides global currency transfer solutions with personal, 24/7 support. However, despite their twenty-year leadership, brand awareness remained low as people defaulted to local banks. To tackle this, we launched a full-funnel approach for both consumer and business audiences. By focusing on consistent education, we boosted brand awareness and made lead generation more efficient, leading to increased online transfers.
